AA will not be on my travel list any longer. The first class service and amenities have gone way down hill and being rudely turned away at the Charlotte Admirals Club topped it. I have found lately that Southwest is a lot more fun, friendly and more direct. Also by purchasing the middle seat we have lots of space and much less expensive.
