Medved taiga outposts
This map contains arguably my 2 fave hunting spots in the ENTIRE game - the huge eastern lake Bol'shoye Lake Taiga & the central north-south river walk down to the Lenskiye Pillars. Both are incredible with endless huge sight lines for animals. During drink zone times, they essentially become shooting galleries. Outposts are located in each region. After visited and claimed via activation of the flag pole, they can be fast traveled to via the map. At an outpost, the player can use the cabin to rest, which changes the time in-game and the locker ("cache") can be used to purchase equipment and access storage. Outposts are also where the player may retrieve the Saber 4x4. Tents function as mobile ... THE ANIMALS OF MEDVED-TAIGA Despite its grim appearance, Medved-Taiga National Park is bustling with life. You will find prey like Musk Deer, Reindeer (also known as Caribou in North America) and Wild Boar. But larger species also roam. The majestic Moose travels these plains, as does the fierce Brown Bear.

When some lakes only have small moose, such as level 1's and 2's, that will force your other lakes to only spawn large 4's and 5's, which is what you will want to happen.

In the main story mission called "No Such Thing", I'm sent to a far-flung outpost and when I arrive I'm told that someone has moved the broken ATV. She tells me to check it out. Okay. The problem here is that there is no broken ATV. I found the Chuchunya footprints no problem, but she won't acknowledge them until I've interacted with the ATV.
