Latency was my nr. 1 issue in PvP in this game only for a while. Back in 2.x, as melee, even if I stood right next to my target my character was apparently too far away too hit them. That was back when your angle towards the target also mattered, so if the target moved at all it ¤%&/ up the whole targeting. Also, fetter ward often failed.
