Install yourself or take it to a car stereo type place for them to do it. The co. has how to videos. You'll save $$$ over a new CUE unit from the Dealer to only have it fail again down the road. Someone did a video saying it could be the dcm module. I don't know if the mic goes by a dcm unit ? It could be frozen, so they suggest to unplug the car battery for minimum 1h. Like. CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.
