Dayz has waaaaaay too many Official servers, and each official typically has about 3-5 players on each at the same time. this is allowing pve ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to loot on a dead server and when their server pop gets too high they transfer over to another with less population. This needs to be fixed via 1 option. Take down the majority of official servers and have only 2 officials per Region.

For official, the Devs usually announce if it’s a wipe or not. Can’t see any evidence. Typically if it’s a huge overhaul it’s wiped, or if there’s a technical issue that requires them to wipe. If it’s just minor changes they leave it. Will they stay until they degrade (45 days) or are all the structures and barrels wiped weekly? If the servers are wiped weekly, then when do the servers hosted in NY USA wipe or reset? It seems your best bet is to play on official servers. They almost never wipe, whereas most if not all community servers are wiped at least with every major update.
