So ive been using cold recently for my greatsword, but I wanted to try out power stance for 2 colossal sized weapons. Since I am going for a strength build (with enough faith to give myself Power Buffs) would using Heavy just be the better route or would using Cold Enhancement be good for power stance on colossal weapons?

Because of the buff from the recent patch, two handing any weapon will do more poise damage than dual wielding. A 2h jump R2 will stagger an enemy faster and break shield guard better than a dual wield jump L1.
Bloodhound’s Fang is more about the Weapon Skill than the stats in my experience. There’s better options if you aren’t using it for the finesse. I power stanced 2 bloodhound fangs for 4 play throughs for play, great combo but I am a souls vet. As others said, the main strength of it is the weapon art.
