I'd suggest power standing with another twin blade infused with bleed / occult, as you can get high count combos off with that move set and that adds up on the bleed proc. Imo, yes. The primary strength of Eleonora’s is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it’s kind of clunky), so there isn’t a lot of benefit to running a second. I also generally think double twin blades is kind of a meme anyway, but if you wanted to use it, a different twinblade with seppuku would be much stronger.Check the stats. Just discard the twin blades it's cheating. You don't need that much mind and vigor, 50 vigor and 20 mind should be enough as you don't seem to be using a lot of incantations or magic. That way you can have higher dex and arcane.
