It has slightly more felt recoil than the 30 due to lighter slide and thinner grip. I never noticed musch difference with the 36 slide on my 30 (same as 30s).

Glock 30s was the first Glock I ever bought 7 years ago still got it, shot over 2000 rounds through it. And still carry it with a 13 round mag with the x grip. I am actually more accurate with the 30, don't know why. A friend that is a firearms instructor said it's due to being aware of the shorter barrel and concentrating more on the sight picture.
