ToonHUD is quite good. You can customize a lot of stuff and it has a nice aesthetic to it.If you have trouble finding where you installed TF2: Steam -> Click on Team Fortress 2 -> Right click -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files. Create a new folder called "cfg". Now this will be the folder where all custom stuff happens: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg.
