I have tried to subscribe to HBO today through the tv, the phone number, and through the my verizon website. Every outlet refers me to the one beforeI finally found the solution today. Hello all., It seems whenever I try and sign up for any of the streaming services I get a message that I don't have a FiOS account. I find that odd as I do (AFAIK) have a FiOS account. Has anyone else expereinced this problem and is there a solution? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
