You can set the maximum dino level in the 'Rules' section (anything up to 1000 I think) then use the RCON window from ARK Server Manager (next to start button). There's an option to destroy the wild dinos from the top menu in there. This mod fixes those issues by altering dino level distributions and gives you the ability to choose from having Ragnarok like levels, equalizing all dino levels, or skewing the dino levels toward the high end instead of the low end. As for your dino level, most official servers will simple delete any dino that hits level 450, either through breeding or through leveling. This is why you might profit from breeding in a low oxygen or movement stat for example. (Note that this level is 500 for X and R creatures for some unknown reason.) Hope it helped.
