My internet hasn’t been working for 3 days. It says wifi works but no internet connection. it’s been rebooted multiple times, power cycled, hard reset & I even flushed the dns. Unfortunately it’s still not working. Modem Not Working. My modem does not appear to be working. The only lights that come on are the power light and the WIFI light. I tried resetting multiple times. If you haven't tried already, try shutting down the device you're using, then power cycle the modem (unplug it, wait one minute, plug it back in, then wait five minutes). Once downloaded and unzipped be sure to run setup.bat NOT setup.exe. At least that was the trick for me.
