Tbow is good at all GWD bosses besides Bandos. Black chins are better at arma, but Tbow is still viable. Kree is ok with a tbow, just step under 1:1 trade hits. Significantly worse than chinning, especially if off task. Do not shoot Graador with a twisted bow, you will have better results with a crossbow.

You're running away from melee minion and Bandos. Typically for mage method you wouldn't bring so many stams if any. You pray range with mage gear as well, your mage level and such do a really good job protecting you. Although flicking between range and mage should be super easy for most players when bandos is frozen.

If you’re an ironman, you’ll have to solo Bandos. When soloing Bandos you want to apply the same “walk under” strategy as the tank does in a duo/trio fight. Bring explorers ring for like 800k alchs per trip and run energy recharge. Ez game. My advice: Learn 6:0 with the bowfa on accurate. This makes the bowfa match the game ticks of a crossbow on rapid which this method was designed for. You'll want 90+ melee stats for duos and 85+ for trios. You also need 70+ prayer and piety. It's really not worth soloing. For gear you'll want tassets, tent, hally/ags, guthans, warrior helm/f hat, karils top for duoing and bcp for trioing.
