Why is verizon so slow in my area.
18,530. May 10, 2023. #1. I've had Verizon 5G Home Internet for a week and so far the connection has been good. It hasn't lost connection at any time. But I haven't been getting the speeds I was lead to believe. 85 Mbps - 300 Mbps DL 10 Mbps+ UL. The first day I got it it went from 40 Mbps - 212 Mbps DL 10 Mbps - 14 Mbps UL.
