I took their CAT exam and got in the 91 percentile of passing. Took my NCLEX mid FEB and failed with 145 questions. I feel as if my anxiety got the best of me the first time around because I was for sure freaking out during and felt like I psyched myself out on the questions. Once I failed I took about a 2 week break and started again.The NCLEX has a minimum of 75 questions and a maximum of 145 questions. This means if you do really well, you could finish in 75 questions and pass. Or you could still pass after getting the full 145 questions and anything in between. ... Passed NCLEX WITHOUT STUDYING in 145 questions after 6 months of graduation. I graduated back in April but I got my ATT back in May. I got lazy for 5 months and didn’t take the NCLEX for until OCT 31 bc the Canadian government offered Cerb up until September, so I didn’t plan on working until after September.I only ever got 2 borderlines and 2 lows. I did about 57% of my archer qbank with a 51% average. That's why I say it's so much about how to answer the questions, and NCLEX crusade international helped me so much with that! I failed in 75 back in October after graduating in august, retook today and passed in 145!

The NCLEX is VERY similar to kaplan style of questions. While taking the NCLEX definitely requires general nursing knowledge, the exam testing your critical thinking more than anything. For me personally, Uworld helped refresh and expand my nursing knowledge base from school. However I felt like the NCLEX question style were very similar to kaplan.Anyways I got the good popup (PVT), so fingers crossed that it's accurate! Can't wait to see how it pans out! It took me about 2.5 hrs and made me complete all 145 questions (at least 40% were SATA). I graduated in December. Since then I only did a couple hundred uworld questions (but didn't really put much effort into it).

As for the exam, mine was 145 questions I probably had 25-30 select all that apply, a lot of prioritization questions, 2 ECG strips, and 2 math questions. There were 2-3 questions that were about an emergency situation such as an earthquake. There was one burn question asking about the percentage, and one question with a picture.

I also only had one drug calculation, one ABG and one ECG question.
