Every weapon in the game is. It's a very fun alternative to rivers of blood. Yep, very fun, very damaging, cool moveset. Godskin peeler with blood is a little more effective but I like the poleblade. If you're running an arcane/bleed build, then yes. Great weapon if you know how to utilize it.

To be honest I wouldn't even use rivers of blood anymore, I'm currently dual handing the godskin peeler and twined knight swords, both + 20-ish with sepuku on both, and they shred anything that bleeds.
