Never, ever, ever buy flooring from Lowes. This review is for the Carlsbad CA store. I have called at least 25 times (no exaggeration) for various issues and have NEVER gotten a call back. After being ping-ponged I finally get someone live, leave a message, and never hear back. Their flooring installers, Keller Interiors, is all but incompetent. So 7 for the installers but I wish it could be higher and 10 for lowes. They then scheduled a 2-day install.We ship Lowe's customers our products in good faith and Lowe's does not pay us for the products we ship Lowe's customers. Short version: Stay away from Keller Interiors. They are a disaster and a headache--and you WILL regret dealing with them. I used Lowe's to contract for a backsplash installation. Lowe's sent Keller to measure and take photos of the install, including a solid quart return behind my stove that needs to be removed.
