Kind of fucks Dex/Arcane builds. Funnily enough, even with broken scaling that sword got my through the hardest fight in the game. Was worth much if things couldn't bleed though. This is why I think the no scaling is intentional. Both are be Blood flame weapons that mention being cursed in the description. Eleonora's pole blade scales a bit better with arcane but still not enough to be worth 50 point stat dump. Only put points into arcane if you want to use incantations and use dragon seal to scale the incantations off arcane + get some extra bleed procs. or if you plan on using other weapons and converting their status to blood or occult.
