Some servers have base destruction disabled or the only way to raid a base is with c4. Look at what the server mods are. Hacksaw should be able to destroy the Codelock.

Fastest way is break the top or bottom section of the gate to drop the lock. Next is server hop and build a new base elsewhere. Third is spend up to 5 hours cracking the lock.
