Hughesnet system control center not working.

06-11-2020 10:59 AM. I just checked with my electric provider and there is power to the cabin. Seems like the router is down or there is a problem with the antenna. This is very frustrating and now I will be forced to drive 3 hours one way to troubleshoot this problem. Not what I envisioned when I signed up for satellite internet.

Nov 2, 2023 · My internet hasn’t been working for 3 days. It says wifi works but no internet connection. it’s been rebooted multiple times, power cycled, hard reset & I even flushed the dns. Unfortunately it’s still not working. All the lights on the modem are working, but i can’t connect to the system control center via direct plug in or wifi. To access the System Control Center, a computer with a web browser installed must be connected to the satellite modem's LAN port. The System Control Center web site is hosted on the modem, consequently the computer does not have to be connected to the Internet. The reps are normally on M-F from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST, though once in a while there is one on during the weekends and/or evenings. Even though you can't connect, it would still be a good idea to leave the modem plugged in so that the reps can attempt to run remote diagnostics on it.
