I think I was like 1-2 cm dilated and like 80% effaced starting at 34 almost 35 weeks. The day I went into labor I got at the hospital and was 5 cm dilated and my contractions still weren't that bad so I have no idea how much dilation happened between that 35 weeks and the start of labor at 39 weeks. It did still take 19 hours of labor to have the baby.
