One other thing, make sure the main battery is good because that is the one that is used for starting the engine. The aux battery is only supporting the electrical load while the engine is shut off. That is just the charging voltage, it doesn't prove whether the battery is good or not in the eyes of the computer.
It's unlikely that the brake booster repairs caused this provided they properly tightened all battery connections . Checking the tire pressure with a pressure gauge shows the tire is at the correct pressure. After driving for a while the correct pressure is again displayed and the alert goes away.
