It's a massive pain in the ass. Yup. Flawless Widescreen is also incredible. I couldn’t get Fallout 4 to run smoothly (on a high end machine) and just gave up. I did get it to run in ultrawide mode, but it was like the frame rate was cut in half. So I needed 100+ FPS for it to feel like 60, and 60 felt more like 30.
This is probably also fixed by the mod i mentioned above. haven't tested that far yet.
