It doesnt reset but like with seals you have an individual pvp rank for every grand company. So if you change back to your old company you will have your old rank. I'm currently the highest rank with the Twin Adders, have 50K seals and have nothing more to buy. I want to change to a different GC, but I'm not sure what I lose with the conversion.
