Took it to the Ford dealer where I bought it and they replaced the torgue converter. Luckily it was covered by the 60K drive train warranty. The give away for me at least was the tacometer, watch the RPMs when it starts to shudder you will see the tac jump up and down by about 200 RPMs. Thats the lockup in the converter starting to slip.

It goes away relatively quick and have no issues on the highway. I asked the dealer about it when I brought it in for the bushing recall and she advised it was normal.
