I went to manager to talk about a raise to help with upcoming bills so she talked with the DM and he said no. Thus began my search for a new job with better pay. I have offers from Aurora and Froedert for 25 an hour.

An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes.
