Today the Steam Deck box was delivered completely empty and it wasn't even a clean cut on the tape. I understand that this experience is wrong and frustrating, but as long as you hang in there you will get a Steam Deck. If there's anyone to blame for this, it's Valve for choosing to use FedEx, or for choosing third party logistics that uses FedEx.
