When I was done, I still only had 23/24 stones. I remembered back before I had started seriously collecting them, in the Windhelm Palace of Kings, I had gotten caught stealing one of the stones.No. Nobody, in the 11+ years of this game's existence, has EVER found the 24 stones. The millions upon millions of players over more than a decade were each incapable of acquiring all stones. Awww, I was coming to say this.. : (.
