Also, here in winter if i use windshield washer sometimes still happens because water freezes. A couple of minutes of defroster fix problem.

Else, every time you fire up the car, you'll have to press all those annoying buttons to disable this and that and the other. Eh, just go with the cardboard. Of course, you'll get in the dash display the annoying Eyesight Off or Eyesight Disabled message. Or turned off by pressing and holding the icon for about 3 seconds. Or turned off permanently with the "sonar audible alert" setting; haven't tried that.
