One controlled by the switch on the dash which says "off" under the picture of the jeep with skid marks under it (signifying that the ESC system was manually disabled) and another identical looking light but the word "off" is ...7 posts · Joined 2004. #1 · Feb 12, 2013. I have a 2009 jeep patriot. Today the ABS,ESP/BAS and TCS lights all came on. This is the third time this has happened, to the day... Feb 11, 2011; Feb 11, 2012, and now Feb 12, 2013..... The first two time it was taken to the dealer and they changed the ABS sensor in both instances.According to the owners manual, the 4wd! flashing indicated an overload condition. It could be a problem with the electrically controlled clutch (ECC) that connects the driveshaft to the rear diff, or something else. Someone with a similar issue had a bad wheel bearing and a wheel sensor out of place. Pls help. 4wd!
