Scam Offering Xfinity Promotion. Today I received a call regarding an Xfinity promotion. The caller id came up as Xfinity and the offer was to reduce my monthly amount to $90.00 per month. I answered the call and spoke to the person because I had been trying to change my TV package due to a 20% increase in my monthly bill.So then i told him to call after 2 days in between i will call to Customer service for the confirmation today. Then he hang up. I hope Xfinity should take care of these scam calls as well after seeing all these posts from customers.
